This unit provides valuable data about the products you work with and enables you to extract the highest possible value from each batch or continuous process. The NIR Spectrometer provides real-time data for moisture, protein, tallow/fat/oil, ash and FFA, a complete protein and fat analysis! The result: high value management information and the best possible quality parameters of your end-products. The unit can be used on solid and liquid applications throughout your processes and is also suitable for stationary use.
Complete protein and fat analysis
The NIR Spectrometer is available for solid (animal protein meals) and liquid (tallow / fat / oil) products. This in-line exact and reliable measurement offers a complete protein and fat analysis and optimization of your product quality. This way it enables you to increase the quality of your end-product and/or guaranteed quality according to customer needs and specifications. Thanks to fast reaction times during process variations and immediate adjustments this unit enables you to streamline your processes and prevent rejects. In addition to superior process control NIRS also offers high efficiency: it saves time & costs, reduces operation & external lab costs. It is possible to install the unit in your process / production line (after cooking and / or before storage) for just-in-time quality control. The unit can also be used stationary for laboratory purposes (separate lab, remote system).
