In 2019, Mavitec successfully completed the installation of a batch rendering plant in Kazakhstan, which featured two 8,500-liter batch cookers capable of producing separate poultry meat meal and feather meal. Our batch cookers are renowned for their reliability and for having the shortest batch times in the industry.

Since its initial installation, the plant has been expanded twice to a total of five 8,500-liter batch cookers, which are delivering exceptional results.
