1. The by-products are transported to the facility.

3. After storage, conveyors transfer the poultry by-products.
4. Before processing the poultry by-products can be checked on ferro and non-ferro parts through our Metal Detector. This prevents metal parts entering the rendering process in order to protect the process equipment from substantial damage. This will results in less downtime, lower maintenance cost, etc..

5. Size reduction is required before processing the red meat by-products like bones, dead on arrivals, farm waste etc.. We offer crushing equipment (e.g. Prehogor™, Precrushor™or a crusher) for the complete variety of red meat by-products, starting from little amounts of bones to complete bull carcasses.

5. Pre-separation of waters and solids can be required before processing the feathers(e.g. Feather press).
