Este sistema de coleta e bombeamento retorna o condensado de vapor diretamente para a caldeira sem perdas instant\u00e2neas e melhora o desempenho de transfer\u00eancia de calor. O Sistema de Retorno de Condensado Pressurizado (PCRS) da Mavitec reduz o consumo de \u00e1gua do sistema de vapor e o consumo de produtos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n<p>Num sistema de retorno de condensado pressurizado, o condensado \u00e9 recolhido do equipamento que utiliza vapor, como um fog\u00e3o (cont\u00ednuo), e devolvido \u00e0 caldeira ou gerador de vapor com maior press\u00e3o.<br \/>\nEm vez de ser descarregado como res\u00edduo, o condensado de alta press\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizado como \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na caldeira.<br \/>\nEste processo oferece v\u00e1rias vantagens em termos de poupan\u00e7a de energia na ind\u00fastria de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de subprodutos animais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor<\/strong>: O condensado cont\u00e9m energia t\u00e9rmica valiosa que, de outra forma, se perderia se fosse descarregado como res\u00edduo.<br \/>\nA energia t\u00e9rmica \u00e9 recuperada e utilizada para pr\u00e9-aquecer a \u00e1gua de entrada, devolvendo o condensado \u00e0 caldeira. Isto reduz a quantidade de combust\u00edvel necess\u00e1ria para elevar a temperatura da \u00e1gua para o n\u00edvel desejado de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor, resultando numa poupan\u00e7a significativa de energia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo de \u00e1gua de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> O condensado, quando reutilizado, reduz a necessidade de \u00e1gua de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o fresca no sistema da caldeira.<br \/>\nA \u00e1gua de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o fresca normalmente requer pr\u00e9-aquecimento para atingir a temperatura desejada, o que consome energia adicional.
