Mavitec indica que o processo garante uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de volume de at\u00e9 85% e que uma entrada de 2,3 ton \/ hora de esterco pr\u00e9-seco ou outro combust\u00edvel compat\u00edvel (75-80% s\u00f3lidos secos, n\u00e3o esterco \u00famido) produz 5,5 - 6,1 MWth a 1000 \u00b0 C energia, adequada para uso na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de eletricidade ou como vapor sob press\u00e3o. Dados de Wageningen WUR, veja abaixo, mostram que este EcoChar \u00e9 rico em carbono (27,2-31,3 % C<sub>-Org<\/sub>), seco e livre de pat\u00f3genos, pode reter at\u00e9 2,5 vezes seu pr\u00f3prio peso de umidade (reduzindo assim o encharcamento) e \u00e9 inodoro. EcoChar de esterco tamb\u00e9m cont\u00e9m nutrientes: 5,4 % P (f\u00f3sforo) e 3,4 % K (pot\u00e1ssio) de esterco de porco, por exemplo. Junto com seu parceiro americano EarthCare, a Mavitec tem desenvolvido sistemas de gaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o em v\u00e1rios produtos e oferece solu\u00e7\u00f5es completas para gaseificar fluxos org\u00e2nicos em formas de energia utiliz\u00e1veis. A empresa hoje tem cinco plantas em escala real (2,3 ton \/ hora de entrada) operando nos Estados Unidos (desde 2007) e uma na Holanda (desde 2018, esterco de porco). Essas unidades tratam diferentes dejetos (porco, vaca, aves), gr\u00e3os de destilaria e subprodutos animais Cat1. Duas instala\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o em constru\u00e7\u00e3o na R\u00fassia e outros projetos est\u00e3o pendentes.
