A nossa equipa concebeu e instalou com sucesso uma unidade completa baseada no Supercooker 200U com uma impressionante capacidade hor\u00e1ria de 15.900 kg. Al\u00e9m disso, fornecemos a op\u00e7\u00e3o de esterilizar a farinha prensada (bolo) em lotes antes da moagem, usando um sistema de esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o de lotes de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o. Todo o pacote de engenharia e controlo foi concebido e constru\u00eddo pela Mavitec.
