Voor een gerespecteerde klant in de In het Midden-Oosten installeerde Mavitec vier vergassers.<\/a><\/p>\n

Vergassing is een slimme en duurzame oplossing voor mestproblemen en een antwoord op de groeiende behoefte aan bodemvruchtbaarheid. Vier vergassers zetten meer dan 400 ton kippenmest per dag om en de dagelijkse productie van EcoChar is 50 ton. Door EcoChar in woestijngrond aan te brengen, wordt het water vastgehouden en blijft de grond vruchtbaar. Het maakt duurzame landbouw mogelijk en tegelijkertijd wordt het mestprobleem opgelost.<\/p>\n

Mavitec ontwikkelde een innovatieve technologie die verschillende soorten mest omzet in groene energie en EcoChar, een waardevol bijproduct van het vergassingsproces. Vergassing zorgt voor een kleinere ecologische voetafdruk en zal een van de antwoorden zijn op toekomstige energiebehoeften. Vergassing is een nieuwe manier om mestproblemen op te lossen en biedt voordelen zoals volumereductie, productie van hernieuwbare energie en vermindering van CO2. De geproduceerde warmte kan worden gebruikt als energie of hete lucht en het waardevolle bijproduct EcoChar is een geweldig product dat kan worden gebruikt als bodemverbeteraar. Het bevat nog steeds minerale as en vaste koolstof, wat grote milieuvoordelen en economische waarde biedt. EcoChar bestaat uit 45% koolstof en het mineraalgehalte is hoog in P, K, Ca en Mg waarden. Bovendien is EcoChar droog, vrij van ziekteverwekkers en kan het meer water vasthouden dan zijn eigen gewicht. Het verbetert de vruchtbaarheid van de bodem, verlaagt de hoeveelheid benodigde voedingsstoffen en verkleint je ecologische voetafdruk.<\/p>\n

De complete installatie is ontworpen, gebouwd en ge\u00efnstalleerd door Mavitec en bestaat uit vier vergassers en twee drogers.
