Na een intensieve periode van engineering, bouwen en testen bij Mavitec Heerhugowaard is de Amusca HF-Larvenkweekeenheid gearriveerd Aeres MBO Barneveld<\/a> te Barneveld. De unit is ge\u00efnstalleerd in de buurt van Poultry Innovation Lab van Expertisecentrum Pluimvee<\/a>. Deze innovatieve on-the-spot productie-eenheid is in staat om 1 ton larven per dag te produceren en stelt pluimveebedrijven in staat een grote stap richting duurzaamheid te zetten. Diervoeder voeding<\/strong>
\nDr. Ir. Walter Jansen van Amusca, expert in insecten, had een missie: levende insectenlarven produceren voor de productie van eiwitten voor de pluimvee- en aquafeed-industrie. Met de HF-Larvae Breeding Unit kan het enorme potentieel van insecten worden ingezet voor diervoeding, humane voeding, toegevoegde waarde producten en biochemicali\u00ebn. De levende larven kunnen worden geproduceerd op een manier die betaalbaar, gezond en goed voor het milieu is.<\/p>\n

Slimme insectentechnologie<\/strong>
\nHF-Larvae Breeding Unit is in staat om 3.500 kg levende larven per dag te produceren. Een schone, groene en natuurlijke manier om eiwitten op te waarderen met slimme insectentechnologie. De unit staat in twee op elkaar gestapelde 40ft containers waarin de vliegen worden bewaard. Dit is het 'huis' waar de vliegen groeien, van ei tot larve.
