Ce syst\u00e8me de collecte et de pompage renvoie les condensats de vapeur directement \u00e0 la chaudi\u00e8re sans pertes flash et am\u00e9liore les performances de transfert de chaleur. Le syst\u00e8me de retour de condensat sous pression (PCRS) de Mavitec r\u00e9duit la consommation d&#039;eau du syst\u00e8me de vapeur et la consommation de produits chimiques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un syst\u00e8me de retour de condensat sous pression, le condensat est collect\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'un \u00e9quipement utilisant de la vapeur, tel qu'un cuiseur (continu), et renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 la chaudi\u00e8re ou au g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur avec une pression plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<br \/>\nAu lieu d'\u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9 comme d\u00e9chet, le condensat \u00e0 haute pression est utilis\u00e9 comme eau d'alimentation dans la chaudi\u00e8re.<br \/>\nCe proc\u00e9d\u00e9 offre plusieurs avantages en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie dans l'industrie de l'\u00e9quarrissage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur<\/strong>: Le condensat contient une \u00e9nergie thermique pr\u00e9cieuse qui serait perdue s'il \u00e9tait \u00e9vacu\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9chet.<br \/>\nL'\u00e9nergie thermique est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e et utilis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9chauffer l'eau entrante en renvoyant le condensat dans la chaudi\u00e8re. Cela permet de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de combustible n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9lever la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau au niveau souhait\u00e9 pour la production de vapeur, ce qui se traduit par d'importantes \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duction de la consommation d'eau d'appoint :<\/strong> Le condensat, lorsqu'il est r\u00e9utilis\u00e9, r\u00e9duit le besoin d'eau d'appoint fra\u00eeche dans le syst\u00e8me de chaudi\u00e8re.<br \/>\nL'eau d'appoint fra\u00eeche doit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9e pour atteindre la temp\u00e9rature souhait\u00e9e, ce qui consomme de l'\u00e9nergie suppl\u00e9mentaire.
