L&#039;eau \u00e9vapor\u00e9e se transforme en vapeurs. Ces vapeurs sont trait\u00e9es dans la section de traitement des vapeurs.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur du flux de vapeur\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<p>Le flux de vapeur contient encore de l&#039;\u00e9nergie. Si l&#039;\u00e9nergie peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans l&#039;usine d&#039;\u00e9quarrissage, par exemple pour produire de l&#039;eau chaude pour le nettoyage ou \u00e0 d&#039;autres fins, l&#039;installation peut \u00eatre \u00e9tendue avec un \u00e9changeur de chaleur. L&#039;\u00e9changeur de chaleur est r\u00e9alisable \u00e0 partir de petits lots jusqu&#039;\u00e0 de grandes installations continues.<\/p>\n<h2>Par condensation \u00e0 air :<\/h2>\n<p>1. Les vapeurs r\u00e9sultant du processus de s\u00e9chage de cuisson sont transport\u00e9es vers le condenseur \u00e0 air.<br \/>\n2. Les vapeurs sont condens\u00e9es. Les ventilateurs aspirent l&#039;air ambiant dans le condenseur et passent les tubes \u00e0 vin, ce qui entra\u00eene une condensation des vapeurs de processus.<br \/>\n3. Le ventilateur non condensable aspire les gaz non condensables vers la section de traitement des odeurs.<br \/>\n4. Les liquides sont transport\u00e9s vers le syst\u00e8me de traitement des eaux us\u00e9es des clients.<\/p>\n<h2>Par thermo oxydant r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur :<\/h2>\n<p>1. Les vapeurs r\u00e9sultant du processus de s\u00e9chage de la cuisson sont transport\u00e9es vers le thermo oxydant.<br \/>\n2. Les vapeurs sont br\u00fbl\u00e9es dans le thermo oxydant. Pour que ce processus se d\u00e9roule correctement, de l&#039;air suppl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire (cet air peut \u00eatre de l&#039;air de traitement et\/ou de l&#039;air ambiant). Ainsi, les trois principaux flux d&#039;air de l&#039;\u00e9quarrissage peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s.<br \/>\n3. La chaleur d\u00e9gag\u00e9e par le thermo-oxydant est utilis\u00e9e dans la chaudi\u00e8re de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la chambre de combustion.
