Notre \u00e9quipe a con\u00e7u et install\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s une usine compl\u00e8te bas\u00e9e sur le supercooker 200U avec une capacit\u00e9 horaire impressionnante de 15 900 kg. En outre, nous avons offert la possibilit\u00e9 de st\u00e9riliser la farine press\u00e9e (g\u00e2teau) par lots avant le broyage, \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me de st\u00e9rilisation par lots ultramoderne. L'ensemble de l'ing\u00e9nierie et du contr\u00f4le a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et construit par Mavitec.
