Dieses Sammel- und Pumpsystem f\u00fchrt Dampfkondensat ohne Flashverluste direkt zum Kessel zur\u00fcck und verbessert die W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragungsleistung. Das Pressurized Condensate Return System (PCRS) von Mavitec reduziert den Wasserverbrauch des Dampfsystems und den Chemikalienverbrauch.<\/p>\n<p>In einem Druckkondensat-R\u00fcckf\u00fchrungssystem wird das Kondensat aus dampfverbrauchenden Ger\u00e4ten wie z. B. einem (Durchlauf-)Kocher gesammelt und mit h\u00f6herem Druck in den Kessel oder Dampferzeuger zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt.<br \/>\nStatt als Abfall abgeleitet zu werden, wird das Hochdruckkondensat als Speisewasser im Kessel verwendet.<br \/>\nDieses Verfahren bietet mehrere energiesparende Vorteile f\u00fcr die Tierk\u00f6rperbeseitigungsindustrie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung<\/strong>: Das Kondensat enth\u00e4lt wertvolle W\u00e4rmeenergie, die sonst verloren ginge, wenn es als Abfall abgeleitet wird.<br \/>\nDie W\u00e4rmeenergie wird zur\u00fcckgewonnen und zum Vorw\u00e4rmen des einstr\u00f6menden Wassers verwendet, indem das Kondensat in den Kessel zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt wird.
