Der einzigartige Rotationstrommeltrockner verwendet \u00fcberhitzten Wasserdampf bei Atmosph\u00e4rendruck als Trocknungsmedium. Es gibt keine sichtbare Abgasfahne des Trockners. Die Abluft des Trockners besteht im Wesentlichen aus Wasserdampf, der zur R\u00fcckgewinnung von W\u00e4rmeenergie kondensiert und an anderer Stelle in der Anlage verwendet werden kann. Es werden nur minimale Ger\u00e4te zur Geruchskontrolle ben\u00f6tigt. Das Abgasvolumen ist viel geringer als bei vergleichbaren Hei\u00dflufttrocknern. Wenn also ein RTO verwendet wird, wird es erheblich kleiner und kosteng\u00fcnstiger.<\/p>\n<p>Der Systeml\u00fcfter erzeugt einen zirkulierenden Wasserdampfkreislauf. W\u00e4rme wird vom W\u00e4rmetauscher aufgenommen, um die Verdunstung von Feuchtigkeit aus dem nassen Futter in der Trockentrommel anzutreiben. Das aus der Beschickung verdampfte Wasser verdr\u00e4ngt die Luft im Wasserdampfkreislauf, wodurch die \u201eluftlose\u201c Umgebung entsteht. Um den Atmosph\u00e4rendruck im Trockner aufrechtzuerhalten, ist ein Entl\u00fcftungskreislauf erforderlich, um Wasserdampf abzuf\u00fchren. Dieser Wasserdampf kann mit einem konventionellen Brennwertsystem zur Energier\u00fcckgewinnung aufbereitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Rauchgase aus einem herk\u00f6mmlichen Verbrennungsofen f\u00fchren dem W\u00e4rmetauscher W\u00e4rme zu.
