Mavitec gibt an, dass das Verfahren eine Volumenreduzierung von bis zu 85% gew\u00e4hrleistet und dass eine Zufuhr von 2,3 Tonnen\/Stunde vorgetrockneter G\u00fclle oder eines anderen kompatiblen Brennstoffs (75-80% Trockensubstanz, kein Nassmist) 5,5 \u2013 6,1 MWth bei 1000 \u00b0C erzeugt Energie, geeignet f\u00fcr den Einsatz in der Stromerzeugung oder als Druckdampf. Daten von Wageningen WUR, siehe unten, zeigen, dass dieser EcoChar kohlenstoffreich ist (27,2 \u2013 31,3 % C<sub>-Org<\/sub>), trocken und frei von Krankheitserregern, kann bis zum 2,5-fachen seines Eigengewichts an Feuchtigkeit speichern (verringert das Durchsickern) und ist geruchsneutral. EcoChar aus G\u00fclle enth\u00e4lt auch N\u00e4hrstoffe: 5,4 % P (Phosphor) und 3,4 % K (Kalium) zum Beispiel aus Schweinemist. Zusammen mit seinem amerikanischen Partner EarthCare hat Mavitec Vergasungssysteme f\u00fcr verschiedene Produkte entwickelt und bietet Komplettl\u00f6sungen zur Vergasung organischer Str\u00f6me in nutzbare Energieformen. Das Unternehmen betreibt heute f\u00fcnf Gro\u00dfanlagen (2,3 Tonnen\/Stunde Input) in den USA (seit 2007) und eine in den Niederlanden (seit 2018 Schweinemist). Diese Einheiten behandeln verschiedene D\u00fcngemittel (Schwein, Kuh, Gefl\u00fcgel), Brennereigetreide und tierische Nebenprodukte der Kategorie 1. In Russland sind zwei Anlagen im Bau, weitere Projekte stehen an. Eine Schreibtischstudie der Wageningen University and Research wurde\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/library.wur.nl\/WebQuery\/wurpubs\/fulltext\/452704\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ver\u00f6ffentlicht<\/a>\u00a0zu technischen Perspektiven des Mavitec-Produkts in Europa (wirtschaftliche Aspekte werden nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt). Dazu geh\u00f6ren Ergebnisse der chemischen Analyse von Mavitec Ecochar aus Schweine- und Putenmist. Der Bericht stellt fest, dass in den Niederlanden die Vergasung zwar ein gesetzlich ausgewiesener Dungbehandlungsprozess ist, die resultierende Ecochar jedoch nicht als D\u00fcnger anerkannt wird.
