Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem wertvolleren Fett.<\/p>\n<h2>Fettbehandlungsmethoden<\/h2>\n<p>Wir k\u00f6nnen zwei Methoden zur Fettbehandlung anbieten;\u00a0<u>sich niederlassen<\/u>\u00a0oder\u00a0<u>dekantieren<\/u>. Die Wahl zwischen diesen Fettbehandlungsmethoden ist wirtschaftlich. Wo\u00a0<u>dekantieren<\/u>\u00a0k\u00f6nnen einen geringeren Restfeststoffgehalt im Fett erreichen.<\/p>\n<h2>Durch die Abrechnung:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Die Fette werden aus dem Abfluss und der Fettpresse direkt in die Absetzbecken gepumpt.<br \/>\n2. Beim Absetzen kann es bis zu 24 Stunden dauern, bis die Feststoffe (Sediment) auf den Boden gefallen sind, bevor das Fett sauber ist.<br \/>\n3. Die Feststoffe werden zur weiteren Verarbeitung zur\u00fcck zur Fettpresse transportiert.<br \/>\n4. Die sauberen Fette werden in einen Fettlagertank gepumpt, bevor sie zum Endverbraucher (Futterm\u00fchle, pharmazeutische Industrie, chemische Industrie, \u00d6lindustrie usw.) transportiert werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Durch Batch-Dekantieren:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Die Fette werden aus dem Abfluss und der Fettpresse direkt in einen ger\u00fchrten, dampfbeheizten Auffangbeh\u00e4lter gepumpt.<br \/>\n2. Aus diesem Tank wird das Fett zur Vorabscheidung von Feststoffen in das Umlauf-Vibrationssieb (optional) gepumpt.<br \/>\n3. Vom Sieb wird das Fett in den Dekanter\/die Zentrifuge gepumpt, wo die endg\u00fcltige Trennung stattfindet.<br \/>\n4. Die Feststoffe aus dem umlaufenden Schwingsieb und dem Dekanter\/Zentrifuge werden zur weiteren Verarbeitung zur\u00fcck zur Fettpresse transportiert.<br \/>\n5. Die sauberen Fette werden in einen Fettlagertank gepumpt, bevor sie zum Endverbraucher (Futterm\u00fchle, pharmazeutische Industrie, chemische Industrie, \u00d6lindustrie usw.) transportiert werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Durch weiteres Dekantieren:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Die Fette werden aus dem Abfluss und der Fettpresse direkt in den Sedimentor gepumpt, wo die erste Feststoffabscheidung stattfindet.<br \/>\n2. Aus dem Sedimentor wird das Fett zur Vorabscheidung von Feststoffen in das Umlauf-Vibrationssieb (optional) gepumpt<br \/>\n3. Vom Sieb wird das Fett in den Dekanter\/die Zentrifuge gepumpt, wo die endg\u00fcltige Trennung stattfindet.<br \/>\n4. Die Feststoffe aus Sedimentator, Umlaufschwingsieb und Dekanter\/Zentrifuge werden zur weiteren Verarbeitung zur Fettpresse zur\u00fccktransportiert.<br \/>\n5.
