Nebenprodukte von rotem Fleisch bestehen aus weichem Fleisch, Knochen, H\u00f6rnern, Hufen, Haaren, Blut und k\u00f6nnen auch aus Tot bei der Ankunft (DOA), Entbeinungsr\u00fcckst\u00e4nden und landwirtschaftlichen Abf\u00e4llen bestehen.<\/p>\n<p>Keines der Nebenprodukte von rotem Fleisch wird weggeworfen! Bevor diese Nebenprodukte jedoch in anderen Prozessen verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen sie zun\u00e4chst behandelt werden. Die Aufbereitungsl\u00f6sungen von Mavitec verwandeln diese tierischen Nebenprodukte in hochwertiges Fleisch- und Knochenmehl, Vollkornmehl, Blutmehl und Fette\/Talg\/\u00d6le. Dieser Vorgang wird als Rendering bezeichnet. Diese Mahlzeiten sind f\u00fcr den Einsatz in der Heimtierfutterindustrie, Futtermittelindustrie geeignet. Die Fette an die pharmazeutische Industrie, chemische Industrie, \u00d6lindustrie.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Rendering geht es darum, den besten Gewinn aus tierischen Nebenprodukten zu erzielen. Die Art der Verarbeitung bestimmt den Wert der Endprodukte. Deshalb sagen wir: <strong>Rendern ist keine Abfallbehandlung, sondern N\u00e4hrstoffmanagement!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Verarbeitung von Nebenprodukten aus rotem Fleisch<\/h2>\n<p>Die Verarbeitung der roten Fleischnebenprodukte beginnt mit dem Zerkleinern und Mahlen, gefolgt von einer W\u00e4rmebehandlung, um den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt zu reduzieren und Mikroorganismen abzut\u00f6ten. Die Trennung der geschmolzenen Fette (Talg) von den Feststoffen (Eiwei\u00df) erfolgt durch Abtropfen und Pressen. Die feste Fraktion wird dann zu einem Pulver gemahlen, wie beispielsweise Fleischmehl, Fleisch- und Knochenmehl, Blutmehl und Fette (Talg).
