Walter Jansen von Amusca, ein Experte f\u00fcr Insekten, hatte eine Mission: lebende Insektenlarven f\u00fcr die Produktion von Proteinen f\u00fcr die Gefl\u00fcgel- und Aquafutterindustrie zu produzieren. Mit der HF-Larven Breeding Unit kann das enorme Potenzial von Insekten f\u00fcr Tierfutter, menschliche Ern\u00e4hrung, Mehrwertprodukte und Biochemikalien genutzt werden.
